Designed the experiential elements for Canada Post’s Phygital Road Show, a dynamic event showcasing the power of direct mail in a digital age. The centerpiece of the experience involved participants having their brain activity monitored as they reacted to physical versus digital items, with brain scans revealing that physical items activate more areas of the brain. The road show also featured an interactive app that demonstrated the data available through postal codes, alongside digital displays that reinforced the connection between physical mail and data-driven marketing. This innovative design blended sensory engagement with cutting-edge technology to highlight the unique value of direct mail.
