Coreview: B2B SaaS Dashboard

Coreview is a modern B2B SaaS analytics dashboard designed to surface meaningful insights with clarity and focus. Built for teams managing multi-client workspaces, it highlights key metrics like workspace growth, feature usage trends, and client engagement over time. I focused on creating a clean, scalable layout that balances executive-level KPIs with operational detail. Every component—from role distribution to integration tracking—is crafted to support SaaS admins and client success teams in making faster, data-informed decisions. The design uses a light theme with tasteful elevation and hover states for a polished, high-trust experience.

Layout Strategy

Before applying visual styling, I mapped out the core layout zones to ensure the dashboard would support both high-level KPIs and deeper operational insights. The structure prioritizes rapid scannability, key metrics sit at the top, followed by engagement trends and role-based breakdowns. Each section serves a distinct product function: primary metrics for growth tracking, entity-level insights for workspace and client visibility, and operational load to monitor support demand over time. Persistent navigation and contextual filters are designed to stay out of the way while remaining accessible, and the right-hand panel provides a dedicated space for activity monitoring without pulling attention from the core data.
